We are currently seeking applications for three opportunities, all based at our Surry Hills studio. Whether your passion lies in design, technical delivery or digital innovation, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that span the full architectural process while working alongside a collaborative and experienced team.

BIM Manager

We're seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the ongoing development of our digital capability and help shape the future of project delivery across the practice.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving BIM standards, improving project workflows and supporting teams through every stage of delivery. Working closely with project leaders and studio leadership, you will champion best practice in Revit and BIM, strengthen model coordination and quality, and help implement emerging technologies including AI, automation and computational design.

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in BIM management within an architectural practice, advanced Revit expertise, and a passion for innovation, systems and continuous improvement.

Experienced Registered Architects

We are also looking for Experienced Registered Architects with 6–10 years' professional experience, a strong residential portfolio and excellent Revit skills.

The successful candidate will play a key role across the full project lifecycle, contributing from early design through to detailed documentation and project delivery. You'll bring strong design capability, technical knowledge and a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality residential architecture.

This role offers the opportunity to work on thoughtfully designed projects within a studio that values design excellence, sustainability and enduring outcomes.

Graduates of Architecture

We're seeking Graduates of Architecture with 3–6 years' professional experience, a strong residential portfolio and excellent Revit skills.

Working as part of a collaborative project team, you'll contribute across all project stages, from concept design through to detailed documentation. This role is suited to motivated designers who are eager to continue developing their technical and design capabilities while contributing to meaningful architectural projects.

You'll be supported by experienced architects and leaders who are committed to mentoring the next generation of design professionals.
