Yi-han Cao
Associate Director

Yi-han is a seasoned designer with experience working in Australia, Japan, the United States and the United Kingdom. He has designed and led various projects, from city-shaping developments to small functional objects.
Since joining Tzannes in 2017, Yi-han has delivered 6 Hassall Street, a hybrid education and commercial tower for Western Sydney University and oversaw the rejuvenation and adaptive reuse of the historic Carlton and United Brewery buildings in Central Park. Currently, he is the commercial manager for Circular Quay Renewal, a large-scale waterfront redevelopment at one of Sydney's busiest transport interchanges, managing complex contract negotiations, ensuring long-term project viability and contributing towards efficient project delivery.
In his role as Associate Director, Yi-han provides practice-wide strategic leadership and detailed guidance in project design, management, delivery, staff mentoring, and business innovation and development.
