The Judith Neilson Institute for Journalism and Ideas has been shortlisted in the AIA NSW Awards
Tzannes is pleased to share that The Judith Neilson Institute for Journalism and Ideas has been shortlisted for the AIA NSW Awards in the Commercial category. Pre-colonial history is acknowledged at the front door. Historic fabric throughout was conserved, adapted or creatively re-interpreted. The exterior tells a story about time past and present. The interior is about the future, providing creative workplace and facilities for public events.
New architectural elements heal the blighted street corner conditions and resolve disparate adjacent built forms; while the interior spaces are secure, functional and flexible.
