Jersey Road Town Houses
A former manse of the uniting church of Australia was demolished and replaced by five dwellings and a park on a community title sub division. The park is accessible to the public in daylight hours and links Jersey Road to Moncur Reserve. All the dwellings open onto the park, with two having an additional street address. Five houses form an integrated row. They have underground parking with two floors and attic accommodation above. Each has a front north facing garden and a private rear courtyard. These houses were sold at lock up and their interiors were completed separately. A separate two-storey house with home office accommodation is arranged around a courtyard north of the park.
