Moncur Street is a three storey, concrete framed, commercial and retail building with a basement located within the Woollahra Conservation Zone. The building is the latest addition to an ongoing redevelopment of the urban block bounded by Queen, Moncur and Smith Streets. The geometry and detail of the architectural elements reflect the varying urban conditions of the site.
